M&A Strategy & Governance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, pre-close planning, and Day 1 readiness
• Build and maintain integration and separation workplans across functions such as finance, HR, IT, operations, and legal
• Participate in setting engagement objectives, tracking milestones, and coordinating dependencies across workstreams
• Develop client-ready deliverables, business cases, and financial analyses using PowerPoint and Excel
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to validate outputs and communicate strategic recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience in M&A integration and divestiture or related service delivery
• Experience supporting one or more M&A transactions
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a professional services consulting environment
• Experience supporting integration planning, separation planning, or Day 1 readiness activities
• Experience coordinating activities across cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Operations)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio
• Advanced degree
