M&A Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify AI business and technology investment opportunities
• Conduct research on global AI markets, technologies, and industry structures to derive insights
• Discover potential investment targets and analyze business, technology, and strategic fit
• Lead investment reviews and execution, including establishing investment logic and preparing management reports
• Analyze portfolio performance and develop strategies to create synergies across KRAFTON business units
• Manage post-investment activities including follow-on investments, collaborations, and value expansion
• Plan and execute other major corporate strategic tasks and projects

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, M&A, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Consulting
• Ability to derive core insights through industry, market, and corporate research and analysis
• Proven experience leading investment, strategy, or business development projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Business fluent English communication skills
• Ability to travel overseas

Preferred Qualifications

• High understanding of AI, data, software, digital content, or platform industries
• Experience in investment review, logic establishment, and business feasibility analysis based on AI technology/business understanding
• Experience in post-investment portfolio management and synergy review
• Quantitative analysis skills in financial modeling, business valuation, or business planning
• MBA, CFA, or CPA certifications
