About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute regional product and solution marketing, including technical exchanges with customers and design institutes.
- Provide technical support for bidding processes and product selection/access within assigned territories.
- Manage regional market planning and ensure product selection compliance across various customer groups.
- Conduct market guidance and technical training for regional channels.
- Perform data analysis to track market construction trends, competitive dynamics, and customer application scenarios.
- Identify and collect key customer requirements to enhance product competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (new graduates are welcome).
- Strong technical foundation with a combination of technical understanding and market sensitivity.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive personality with high resilience and an achievement-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Willingness to work in assigned locations as per company allocation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Major in Energy and Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
