M&A Internship

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, and company research
• Support deal execution and draft marketing materials such as teasers and information memorandums
• Carry out financial analyses and assist with valuations
• Identify buyer universes and participate in due diligence and closing processes
• Assist in pitch presentation preparation
• Support senior bankers with business development and meeting preparation

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of a Master's degree program
• Previous internship experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or M&A
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic workloads

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional European languages
• International experience and perspectives
• Interest in transitioning to a full-time Analyst role
