M&A Intern

Responsibilities

• Participate in tasks related to the origination and execution of sell-side, buy-side, merger, and leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and information memoranda
• Conduct industry research including target company information, market analysis, and competitive positioning
• Perform sector analysis and financial valuation of companies using DCF and multiples
• Participate in all tasks related to the execution of transactions

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school
• Solid financial knowledge in accounting, financial analysis, and company valuation methods
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
