M&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end M&A process, including origination, evaluation, execution and integration
• Build and review financial models, valuations and investment cases for acquisition targets
• Conduct financial, commercial and operational due diligence
• Prepare investment papers and board materials for senior stakeholders
• Assist in deal structuring, SPA review and transaction execution
• Work closely with functional teams to support post-acquisition integration
• Track market trends, competitors and potential acquisition opportunities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in M&A, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance
• Exceptional foundation in Investment Banking
• Strong academic background, ideally from a leading university
• Excellent financial analytical skills
• Solid understanding of valuation methodologies and deal mechanics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest in technology-enabled businesses and scaling platforms
