M365 Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collect information from clients to assess IT needs and analyze business processes
• Design, test, and modify programming code to create optimized M365 workflows
• Develop Power Platform solutions ranging from simple flows to mission-critical Power Apps
• Conduct detailed analysis of technical specifications and develop implementation plans
• Analyze and develop program scripts to extract, reformat, and analyze data
• Create complex technical documentation and user support guides
• Collaborate on cost estimates and advise clients on M365 resource adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
• Minimum four years of experience with M365 development and administration
• Proficiency with the M365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and Office applications
• Proven experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
• Knowledge of SQL Server, MS Windows Server, Azure, OData, and RESTful APIs
• Demonstrated ability to perform custom development for M365 products
• Strong oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a higher-education, government, or healthcare environment
• Microsoft certifications such as M365 Fundamentals, MCSA, MCSE, MCSD, or Information Protection Administrator
