M365 Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable and secure Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to client objectives.
• Execute migrations and implementations involving Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune.
• Integrate Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform to create automated and intelligent work environments.
• Perform tenant analyses and optimizations to improve digital workplace performance.
• Advise clients on M365 ecosystem functionalities and guide them through technology adoption and change management.
• Coach junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the technical community.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Power Platform).
• Deep knowledge of workplace management, cloud strategy, identity & access management, and security & compliance.
• Proven experience performing M365 migrations and tenant configurations.
• Strong advisory and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to work independently in a professional consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect.
