M365 Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID
• Maintain governance and access control through RBAC and least-privilege configurations
• Deploy and configure Azure infrastructure components such as compute, storage, and networking
• Support and enhance Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Assist with cloud monitoring and optimization using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
• Support the user base with ad-hoc service desk tickets

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID)
• Solid understanding of Azure administration (AVD, storage, virtual networking, identity)
• Practical experience implementing RBAC and conditional access
• Competency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Working knowledge of cloud operations, Sentinel, and KQL
• Familiarity with ALM principles and Git-based version control
• Must reside in the UK and be eligible for UKSV clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (AZ900, AZ104, MS900, PL900)
• Experience with RIB software (CostX) or Primavera P6
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Open Tofu)
• Background in 2nd/3rd line support in Microsoft environments
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like NCSC or ISO 27001
