M365 and Exchange Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Support cloud and private infrastructure for global M365 and Exchange configuration management, security, and 3rd party app integration
• Manage the full lifecycle of supported systems, including patching and capacity planning
• Create and maintain runbooks, documentation, and service definitions
• Provide monitoring, alerting, and incident response, including rotating 24x7 on-call responsibilities
• Ensure secure system access through auditable controls
• Provide technical expertise and escalation support for end-user support teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience
• 1-2+ years of professional experience in M365 administration
• Strong proficiency with the Exchange and M365 suite of applications
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and Entra identity (Groups, Users, Security roles, etc.)
• 1+ years of experience troubleshooting complex mailflow and 3rd party app integrations
• Ability to work an IST schedule with PST overlap (12:30-9:30pm IST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Intune
