M&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition targets across fragmented service industries and build relationships with founders and intermediaries.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Build detailed operating and valuation models to support investment decisions.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, and commercial workstreams.
• Prepare investment memos and present findings directly to senior leadership and investors.
• Support integration planning and post-acquisition value creation to identify operational improvements.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking (M&A), private equity, or corporate development.
• Proven track record of full deal lifecycle execution, from origination to close.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage credibly with founders and senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to services sectors or roll-up acquisition strategies.
• Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
• Existing network of deal intermediaries, advisors, or founder relationships in the GCC.
