Luxury Tech Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and use appropriate sales techniques to reach targets
• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster brand loyalty
• Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, and usage
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their specific needs
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products
• Track sell-out targets and generate daily sales reports
• Ensure merchandising levels meet brand guidelines
• Manage in-store stock replenishment and report shortages
• Handle stock receipt according to set procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in Luxury Technology
• Intermediate or advanced English language proficiency
