About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations to assess customer needs and explain pool ownership benefits
- Create custom pool designs using Pool Studio software
- Develop accurate pricing and proposals using company methodology and price books
- Manage the full sales cycle, including appointment scheduling and prospect follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM data, tracking sales status and activity logs
- Build local referral networks with landscapers, builders, and related businesses
- Support marketing initiatives through trade shows, seminars, and promotional events
Requirements
- Three plus years of successful B2C sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of CRM software
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel 90-100% within the assigned territory
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and drive between job sites
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be comfortable with a 100% commission pay structure after the first year
