About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations to assess customer needs and explain pool ownership benefits
  • Create custom pool designs using Pool Studio software
  • Develop accurate pricing and proposals using company methodology and price books
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including appointment scheduling and prospect follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, tracking sales status and activity logs
  • Build local referral networks with landscapers, builders, and related businesses
  • Support marketing initiatives through trade shows, seminars, and promotional events

Requirements

  • Three plus years of successful B2C sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of CRM software
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel 90-100% within the assigned territory
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and drive between job sites
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be comfortable with a 100% commission pay structure after the first year
