Luxury Sales & Design Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations to assess customer needs
• Create custom pool designs using Pool Studio software
• Develop accurate pricing and proposals using company methodology
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial appointment to closing
• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting
• Build local referral networks with landscapers and builders
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional events

Requirements

• Three plus years of successful B2C sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel 90-100% within the assigned territory
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Must be comfortable with a 100% commission pay structure after the first year
