Founded in 1946, we design and build quality inground pools across the U.S., while also offering renovations, modernizations, and ongoing maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations to assess customer needs and explain pool ownership benefits
- Create custom pool designs using Pool Studio software
- Develop accurate pricing and proposals using company methodology and price book standards
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead follow-up and appointment scheduling
- Maintain accurate CRM data, tracking sales status and activity logs
- Build local referral networks with landscapers, builders, and related businesses
- Support marketing initiatives through local market insights and promotional events
Requirements
- Three plus years of successful B2C sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of CRM software
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to travel 90-100% within the assigned territory
- Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
- Must be comfortable transitioning to a 100% commission pay structure after the first year
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Relevant state salesperson license or registration
