Founded in 1946, we design and build quality inground pools across the U.S., while also offering renovations, modernizations, and ongoing maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations to assess customer needs and create custom pool designs using Pool Studio software
• Develop accurate pricing and proposals using company methodology and price book standards
• Manage the full sales cycle, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and closing sales
• Maintain accurate CRM data, tracking appointment status and sales projections
• Build local referral networks by developing relationships with landscapers, builders, and related businesses
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in trade shows, seminars, and promotional events

Requirements

• Three plus years of successful B2C sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of CRM software
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel 90-100% within the assigned territory
• Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be comfortable with a 100% commission pay structure after the first year
