Luxury Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard service to customers, introducing and selling products
• Utilize Mix & Match and upselling techniques to drive sales
• Maintain deep knowledge of brand stories and collection inspirations
• Manage product stock, inventory, and sales records
• Handle product packaging, display, and promotional updates
• Maintain cleanliness of the store environment
• Perform report generation and POS machine operations
• Communicate with headquarters via English email correspondence

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in luxury retail sales
• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree
• Intermediate proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to achieve sales targets and maintain customer data
• Passion for jewelry and excellent sales capabilities
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
