Luxury Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard service to customers, introducing and selling products
• Utilize Mix & Match and upselling techniques to drive sales
• Maintain deep knowledge of brand stories and collection design inspirations
• Manage product stock, sales, and inventory
• Handle product packaging, display, and promotional updates
• Maintain cleanliness of the store environment
• Perform report generation and POS machine operations
• Communicate with headquarters via English email correspondence

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in luxury retail sales
• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Intermediate proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer data
• Passion for jewelry and excellent sales skills
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
