Responsibilities

• Provide unique and memorable client experiences within a prestigious boutique setting
• Welcome clients and manage boutique flow, including managing wait times and directing guests
• Support the sales process through tasks such as gift wrapping, item personalization, and care services
• Maintain the boutique in pristine condition to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
• Assist the team in reaching personal and collective objectives
• Act as a proud Maison Ambassador, embodying the values of the luxury brand

Requirements

• Must be a current member of the University of Melbourne’s SAMM or FICA
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
• Availability to work a roster including Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday
• Availability to work during the university summer break (September to March)
• Ability to work onsite in Melbourne (Collins St or Chadstone locations)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in watches, jewellery, or leather goods
• A genuine passion for luxury craftsmanship and client engagement
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to remain composed under pressure
