About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess needs of prospective residents to match them with suitable homes
- Conduct property tours highlighting community features and benefits
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with current residents
- Manage the entire leasing process from inquiry to lease signing and move-in
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation and follow-up
- Collaborate with property management to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leases, and property information
- Participate in community events and marketing initiatives
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Reliable transportation
