Luxury Commercial Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering talent and a culture of excellence
• Define and execute the regional commercial strategy to deliver on P&L, distribution, and market share objectives
• Drive sustainable P&L performance and market share growth across the luxury portfolio through data-led decision making
• Partner with Luxury Marketing teams to position brands through best-in-class activations and elevated consumer experiences
• Build and strengthen relationships with prestigious on-trade customers and key industry stakeholders
• Identify growth opportunities using market insight and outlet performance data to build winning regional plans

Requirements

• Proven commercial leadership experience within luxury product categories or high-end on-trade accounts
• Deep understanding of the GB on-trade landscape and influential consumer trends
• Strong P&L literacy with advanced numerical and analytical skills to derive actionable insights
• Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills to build long-term customer partnerships
• In-depth category knowledge across spirits and premium alcohol sectors
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and central commercial units
