About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist showroom customers in assessing needs and closing sales
  • Develop relationships with designers, home builders, and architects
  • Provide accurate quotes and delivery dates
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets
  • Enter orders and quotes into the system
  • Resolve customer issues, short payments, and returns
  • Maintain product literature and showroom displays

Requirements

  • College or University degree
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Project management and intermediate math skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Design, Architecture, or sales
  • Experience in kitchen or bathroom showroom sales
