About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist showroom customers in assessing needs and closing sales
- Develop relationships with designers, home builders, and architects
- Provide accurate quotes and delivery dates
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets
- Enter orders and quotes into the system
- Resolve customer issues, short payments, and returns
- Maintain product literature and showroom displays
Requirements
- College or University degree
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Project management and intermediate math skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Design, Architecture, or sales
- Experience in kitchen or bathroom showroom sales
