Lunch Coordinator - Delivery Driver

At Yay, lunch is our favorite subject. We're out to fundamentally change K-12 school food for the better — every student deserves a freshly made, wholesome meal they'll actually love, and every parent deserves to know their kid is cared for and nourished at school.

Responsibilities

• Help distribute fresh lunches to students and keep the lunchtime flow smooth and positive
• Bring warm, genuine energy to every interaction with students, school staff, and parents
• Support student checkout and manage the grab-and-go display
• Keep everything stocked, tidy, and looking good

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and enjoys being around kids
• Available 2–3 hours a day (typically 9:30 AM–12:30 PM), Monday–Friday
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Smartphone for job-related communication
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain within first 14 days)
• Positive attitude and interest in healthy food for kids
