LUL Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage operational resources, including people and physical assets, to implement project plans safely and efficiently
• Lead, motivate, and support site operational staff to achieve peak performance
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Implement and comply with all health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification
• Proven experience in a TFL (Transport for London) role with the ability to lead operational projects
• Professionally qualified or actively working towards membership of a Professional Body
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
