Lubricator II

Responsibilities

• Execute lubrication services on industrial machines and equipment according to established maintenance schedules
• Provide appropriate lubricants and maintain accurate records of all lubrication activities
• Collect lubricant samples for laboratory analysis and document findings to support preventive maintenance
• Monitor equipment operation and identify unusual noises or sounds indicating mechanical damage
• Perform routine inspections to identify lubrication requirements and potential issues
• Communicate findings and recommendations to maintenance supervisors and team members
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
• Assist in training and supporting other team members on best practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CNH D (Brazilian driver's license category D)
• Proven experience as a lubricator or in a similar lubrication maintenance role
• Strong attention to detail and keen auditory perception for detecting mechanical issues
• Practical knowledge of industrial lubricants and their applications
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance schedules and technical documentation
• Basic knowledge of machinery and mechanical systems
• Physical capacity to perform lubrication tasks, including lifting and accessing equipment in various positions
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with predictive maintenance programs or equipment monitoring systems
• Familiarity with lubricant analysis and sampling procedures
