Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication activities such as greasing, oil changes, oil sampling, filter changes, filterography, field inspections, and leak corrections
• Execute and follow the annual lubrication program
• Extract and monitor used oil and grease samples according to the annual program
• Assemble and install lubrication accessories including automatic lubricators, pitot tubes, levels, and filters
• Conduct visual field inspections of automatic lubricators, levels, filter conditions, and oil color
• Lubricate equipment such as belts, mills, crushers, and thickeners
• Monitor grease consumption in automatic lubricators
• Comply with work permit formats and safety, health, and environmental policies

Requirements

• Mechanical Technician with certified training/certifications
• Experience in lubrication and maintenance of heavy machinery and plant maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Courses or certificates in lubrication
• AIIB driver's license
