Lubrication Technician

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and perform lubrication and mechanical maintenance to maximize production and ensure product quality.
• Coordinate and participate in preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Troubleshoot machinery within assigned manufacturing process areas.
• Establish machine repair priorities and manage data within the maintenance management database.
• Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collect and ship lubricant samples for analysis and manage optimized lubricant consumption.
• Interface with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Support functions to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in MET, Mechatronics, or a similar curriculum; OR 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance; OR Military experience in a maintenance discipline.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24-hour manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to safety rules and regulations.
• Understanding of how maintenance repairs impact tire uniformity and quality.
