Lubrication System Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication activities including greasing, oil changes, oil sampling, filter changes, and field inspections
• Extract and monitor used oil and grease samples according to the annual program
• Assemble and install lubrication accessories such as automatic lubricators, pitot tubes, levels, and filters
• Conduct visual field inspections of automatic lubricators, levels, filters, and oil condition
• Lubricate equipment including belts, mills, crushers, and thickeners
• Monitor grease consumption in automatic lubricators
• Comply with work permit formats and safety, health, and environmental policies

Requirements

• Mechanical Technician with certified training
• Experience in lubrication and maintenance of heavy machinery and plant maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Courses or certificates in lubrication
• AIIB driver's license
