Lubrication System Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication activities including greasing, oil changes, oil sampling, and filter changes
• Execute the annual lubrication program assigned to each fleet
• Extract and monitor used oil and grease samples according to the annual program
• Assemble and install lubrication accessories such as automatic lubricators, pitot tubes, levels, and filters
• Conduct field visual inspections of lubricators, levels, filters, and oil condition
• Monitor grease consumption in automatic lubricators
• Comply with work permit formats and safety, health, and environmental policies
• Drive a pickup truck within the mining operation

Requirements

• Mechanical Technician or related field with certified training
• Experience in lubrication and maintenance of heavy machinery and plant maintenance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of lubrication system maintenance
• Driver's license A2B or higher (Desirable)
• MLA 1 or MLT1 certification (Desirable)
