Lubrication Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Establish, improve, and optimize annual, monthly, and weekly lubrication plans for mine and plant equipment
• Supervise technical predictive functions in the field to collect temperature and machinery condition data
• Provide technical advice to clients regarding product selection, such as bearings and seals
• Quantify the economic impact of predictive techniques on production and maintenance processes
• Coordinate and present monthly progress reports to clients
• Develop compliance indicators for predictive techniques aligned with contract scope
• Identify sales opportunities for products and services to expand contractual scope

Requirements

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising lubrication services in mining or similar roles
• Machine Lubrication Technician (MLT II) certification is desirable
• Ability to read, synthesize, and write technical documents
• Valid AIIB Driver's License (Indispensable)
