About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the LTQR/ITP process and team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Oversee the collation and completion of Lifetime Quality records, including ITPs and ITCs
  • Analyse LTQR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure records are progressively tracked in line with project requirements
  • Manage the overall ITP/LTQR tracker and organise regular training sessions with the QA and delivery teams
  • Establish collaborative working arrangements with the client team and support digital records management systems

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Quality, or Construction (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, or MEng)
  • Proven experience as an LTQR/Completions or QA Manager
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, methodologies, and quality management software
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with experience managing teams
  • Must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country
  • Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years
  • Ability to obtain BPSS security clearance (process can take up to 8 weeks)
