LTP Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary single point of contact for customers to manage service program contracts and advise on technical solutions.
• Monitor and drive improvements in key performance indicators, including unit availability, reliability, project revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to plan, schedule, and implement outages effectively.
• Lead contract financials and present quarterly financial status reports to management.
• Document quality incidents and ensure corrective actions are communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships by embodying company principles of accountability, communication, and trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• 5-8+ years of project management and field service experience within the Power Generation industry.
• Familiarity with rotating power generation equipment.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing roles and interacting with senior management.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
