LPN Clinical Technologist Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert and oversee Clinical Technologist responsibilities and duties
• Oversee onboarding, competency assessment, and ongoing training of all Clinical Technologists in the market
• Serve as a trainer and educational resource, including coaching employees needing additional training
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and workflows
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership on Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives
• Perform peer chart audits and collaborate with supply chain for medication and supply availability
• Drive efficient patient flow using eCW to update patient status, document vitals, and manage patient rooms
• Maintain confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA

Requirements

• Current State or Multi-State Licensure as an LPN or LVN
• Minimum of two years of experience as a nurse in a patient care setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider through American Heart Association
• Mastery of infection control, sterile technique, and medication safety
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ability to travel to assigned clinics within the market

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Clinical Lead
