LPF Projects Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Execute technical activities of assigned projects to ensure efficient and timely completion of work
• Plan, coordinate, and direct activities to meet Project Management mission demands
• Provide technical aptitude for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on multiple scopes of varying complexity
• Ensure Project Managers have tools to confirm projects are on track, within budget, and compliant
• Manage development of cost, schedule, and risk plans
• Track changes to project scope and provide visibility on cost and schedule impacts
• Integrate cost and schedule data with accounting and management information systems
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to collect and analyze business input

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• Active DOE Q level clearance
• US citizenship
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)

Preferred Qualifications

• 25+ years of scheduling experience
• 15+ years of scheduling experience on DOE 413.3b projects
• Advanced skills in Primavera P6, SAP, and/or WebEVM (CloudEVM)
• Advanced experience in Empower
• Cross-functional experience in Project/Control Account Management for DOE projects
