About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute technical activities of assigned projects to ensure efficient and timely completion of work
- Plan, coordinate, and direct activities to meet Project Management mission demands
- Provide technical aptitude for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on multiple scopes of varying complexity
- Ensure Project Managers have tools to confirm projects are on track, within budget, and compliant
- Manage development of cost, schedule, and risk plans
- Track changes to project scope and provide visibility on cost and schedule impacts
- Integrate cost and schedule data with accounting and management information systems
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to collect and analyze business input
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Active DOE Q level clearance
- US citizenship
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Preferred Qualifications
- 25+ years of scheduling experience
- 15+ years of scheduling experience on DOE 413.3b projects
- Advanced skills in Primavera P6, SAP, and/or WebEVM (CloudEVM)
- Advanced experience in Empower
- Cross-functional experience in Project/Control Account Management for DOE projects
