LP Relations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, maintain and develop long-standing relationships with institutional investors
• Facilitate 1:1 meetings between LPs and relevant fund managers
• Support delivery of exclusive products including roundtables, panel sessions, and VIP receptions
• Secure audiences extending beyond institutional investors when required

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian
• UK work permit
• Relentless drive and desire to be the best
• Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency
• Ownership mentality with proactive follow-through
• Curiosity about people and strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Well-organized with ability to structure and prioritize work
