Loyalty Retention Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage direct communication with previous lease and loan customers to build brand loyalty
• Deliver a VIP experience to ensure repeat business and meet retention goals
• Contact customers via phone, email, and text to communicate lease/loan end information
• Utilize CRM and OEM financial platforms to track guest contact and outcomes
• Provide end-of-term solutions including replacement payment options (lease, loan, or cash)
• Schedule appointments for pre-inspections and new vehicle test drives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of automotive retail experience
• Proficiency in CDK CRM (E-Leads)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report
