About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate guest profiles including birthdays, anniversaries, and preferences
- Monitor daily reservation activity and ensure database integrity
- Use guest data to support personalization and marketing triggers
- Track booking sources and channels for performance analysis
- Assist in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns
- Create personalized offers, newsletters, SMS, and email communications
- Support upselling of events and online experiences
- Develop and manage loyalty initiatives to increase guest retention
- Research competitor reservation systems and loyalty programs
- Prepare reports on reservations, campaign performance, and competitor benchmarks
Requirements
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Knowledge of guest engagement tools and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to research and analyze competitor practices
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
