About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve regional loyalty programs including IKEA Family and Småles using data and customer feedback
  • Drive member acquisition and engagement through in-store, online, and event initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement enhancements to Loyalty and Marketing systems and automation
  • Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to enhance reporting dashboards and monitor results
  • Execute campaigns to drive Loyalty KPIs across the customer lifecycle
  • Monitor and secure the functionality of the CRM system and its integrations
  • Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Act regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of Loyalty and CRM experience in retail or agency
  • Understanding of loyalty mechanics such as point systems, tiers, and rewards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
  • Experience with big data, data cleansing, and dashboard reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
