About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and improve regional loyalty programs including IKEA Family and Småles using data and customer feedback
- Drive member acquisition and engagement through in-store, online, and event initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to implement enhancements to Loyalty and Marketing systems and automation
- Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to enhance reporting dashboards and monitor results
- Execute campaigns to drive Loyalty KPIs across the customer lifecycle
- Monitor and secure the functionality of the CRM system and its integrations
- Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Act regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of Loyalty and CRM experience in retail or agency
- Understanding of loyalty mechanics such as point systems, tiers, and rewards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
- Experience with big data, data cleansing, and dashboard reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
