Low Rate Initial Production Systems Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of systems engineering scope for the Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) of the LTAMDS Program
• Manage the execution of the Statement of Work (SOW) within cost and schedule constraints
• Communicate technical challenges and concerns to Program Leadership, the Office of the Chief Engineer, and customers
• Drive collaboration and alignment across Raytheon business units, functions, and external partners
• Coordinate, write, and deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize financial and program metrics to provide meaningful insight into business decisions and strategies
• Prioritize and de-conflict competing tasks to provide maximum value to the business

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams of systems engineering professionals
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required on day 1
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed

• Prior leadership experience specifically within radar programs
• Experience developing effective relationships with customers and partners
• Experience leading teams across multiple geographic locations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
