Low-Latency Quant Product Manager - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage and integrate proprietary Direct Market Access (DMA) software solutions, including ultra-low latency products utilizing FPGA technology.
• Oversee exchange co-location presence and engineer custom client solutions within co-location facilities.
• Act as a client-facing lead for quantitative hedge funds, identifying and quantifying custom requirements for electronic trading workflows.
• Partner with technology, network, and application development teams to coordinate production releases and troubleshoot service outages.
• Define product strategy and drive initiatives to enhance the existing electronic trading DMA product suite.
• Perform in-depth analysis of product usage, client trends, and trading performance using large datasets.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory obligations, including MiFID II and market access controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience with latency-sensitive Direct Market Access (DMA) electronic trading systems and Smart Order Routing.
• Extensive experience in equities electronic trading and a deep understanding of market structure.
• Proficiency in Q/kdb and Python for quantitative analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with sophisticated institutional clients.
