Low Code Engineer - GIS (ESRI ArcGIS)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customisation of GIS applications using ESRI's ArcGIS Enterprise platform
• Design and implement FME workflows for spatial data transformation and integration
• Develop and maintain REST APIs for geospatial services and clash analysis
• Optimise spatial queries and improve performance of GIS services
• Design and develop robust, scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services
• Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in GIS development and spatial data analysis
• Strong expertise in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise suite (ArcGIS Server, Portal, Enterprise SDK, Pro)
• Extensive experience with FME Desktop and FME Server
• Proficiency in developing and consuming REST APIs for spatial services
• Strong understanding of spatial databases such as Oracle Spatial or PostGIS
• Basic experience with Python scripting for GIS automation
• Knowledge of web mapping technologies and OGC standards
• Experience with Singapore Government GIS projects and OneMap APIs

Preferred Qualifications

• ESRI Technical Certifications
• Experience with 3D GIS applications
• Experience with spatial big data processing
• Knowledge of Singapore Government Technology Stack (SGTS)
