Love ISDIN Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Experience Manager to co-create the global Love ISDIN Experience plan, ensuring scalability and alignment with consumer insights.
• Translate strategy into detailed end-to-end consumer journeys across physical touchpoints (retail, events) and digital platforms (App, Web, Social).
• Lead the briefing and orchestration of creative, content, and channel teams to ensure brand consistency and excellence.
• Identify emerging trends in community engagement and loyalty to keep brand experiences innovative.
• Evaluate and coordinate strategic brand partnerships to drive community value and global awareness.
• Partner with the Community Performance Team to optimize experiences using real-time data and monitor tactical KPIs.
• Develop Global Toolkits and standardized templates to enable efficient local market rollouts while maintaining global consistency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Community Management, or Agency roles.
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders (creative, tech, and local markets).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive data-driven decision-making.
• English fluency at a B2/C1 level for global coordination.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with a high aesthetic sense for executional excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the healthcare or dermocosmetic industry.
