Lounge Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, manage the team, and control inventory to maximize profits and guest satisfaction.
• Plan the lounge budget and review monthly revenue and expenditure forecasts.
• Analyze and submit month-end reports, identifying deviations from business plan goals.
• Implement profit enhancement programs in collaboration with the kitchen and marketing departments.
• Maintain control measures for food and beverage costs, productivity, and operating supply costs.
• Conduct daily departmental briefings and supervise team members to ensure service standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with guests and handle complaints tactfully and efficiently.
• Manage administrative tasks related to cashier and bar operations in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with F&B sanitation, hygiene, health, safety, and security regulations.
• Recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews for outlet employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lounge or Outlet Manager in a bar setting, or 5+ years of progressive F&B management experience.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and restaurant management software.
