Lounge Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of housekeepers
• Establish and enforce cleaning protocols for lounge, seating, restrooms, and dining areas
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns regarding cleanliness
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards
• Create and manage staff schedules for adequate coverage
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance

Requirements

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning supervisory role
• Experience in hospitality or airport environments preferred
• Expertise in training staff on cleaning and safety protocols
• Proficiency in inventory management and ordering
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
