About the Company
Rhode Island Fast Ferry operates high-speed ferry service between Rhode Island and Martha’s Vineyard, along with scenic lighthouse cruises on Narragansett Bay.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with parking and directions
- Collect parking fees and handle cash/credit transactions
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service and answer questions
- Assist with traffic flow and lot organization during busy periods
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas and grounds
- Support general operations and other team needs as required
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with customers and handling transactions
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Previous customer service or cash handling experience preferred
