Loss Prevention Supervisor - Logistics

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain regional security and loss prevention standards to ensure operational excellence.
• Supervise physical security service providers and monitor their performance and compliance.
• Analyze KPIs and conduct security studies to detect vulnerabilities and prioritize investments.
• Train employees and security guards in loss prevention and implement incident minimization campaigns.
• Lead the monitoring center, ensure protocol compliance, and investigate product losses.
• Manage high-performance physical and electronic security teams and handle daily crisis resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminology, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale logistics centers.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and crisis resolution.
• Knowledge of electronic security systems.
• Experience in conducting investigations and leading training programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current certifications from ASIS, IAI, or similar professional institutions.
