Loss Prevention Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Loss Prevention Officers during shifts to ensure hotel safety, security, and compliance with operational procedures
• Conduct regular patrols, monitor security activities, investigate incidents, and respond promptly to emergencies or safety hazards
• Prepare daily security reports, incident reports, and maintain accurate logbook documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities such as police, fire department, and emergency services when required
• Ensure the safety of guests, employees, hotel assets, and facilities while maintaining professional guest relations and service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar security or loss prevention role, preferably in hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of hotel security procedures, safety standards, and emergency response
• Able to work under pressure, handle incidents professionally, and maintain confidentiality
• Possess security certification (such as Garda Pratama) and good English communication skills
