Loss Prevention Responsible

Responsibilities

• Drive Loss Prevention strategy and execution within the Sales Market
• Implement loss prevention tools, training, and shrinkage reduction strategies
• Analyze shrinkage reports, transaction data, and inventory discrepancies to detect internal and external losses
• Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable insights
• Partner with store operations and leadership to ensure policy compliance and build a culture of accountability
• Lead LP case management, investigations involving theft or fraud, and communication with law enforcement
• Manage LP tools including LPMS, CCTV, and KPI dashboards
• Adjust global LP standards to comply with local laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or risk management (retail/fashion preferred)
• Proven track record in reducing shrinkage and improving operational compliance
• Strong understanding of retail operations and POS transaction analysis
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and LP tools (LPMS, CCTV, etc.)
• Ability to travel between locations and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Loss Prevention, Risk Management, or Retail Security
