About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive Loss Prevention strategy and execution within the Sales Market
- Implement loss prevention tools, training, and shrinkage reduction strategies
- Analyze shrinkage reports, transaction data, and inventory discrepancies to detect internal and external losses
- Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable insights
- Partner with store operations and leadership to ensure policy compliance and build a culture of accountability
- Lead LP case management, investigations involving theft or fraud, and communication with law enforcement
- Manage LP tools including LPMS, CCTV, and KPI dashboards
- Adjust global LP standards to comply with local laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or risk management (retail/fashion preferred)
- Proven track record in reducing shrinkage and improving operational compliance
- Strong understanding of retail operations and POS transaction analysis
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and LP tools (LPMS, CCTV, etc.)
- Ability to travel between locations and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Loss Prevention, Risk Management, or Retail Security
