Loss Prevention Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor security cameras to prevent theft and ensure safety
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor
• Interact with customers and address their concerns
• Upload security events onto the crime reporting platform

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and stay calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role (retail or hospitality)
• Experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
