Loss & Prevention Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to identify areas of potential security risks and ensure proper surveillance
• Assist in conducting routine checks and inspections of all areas of the property
• Participate in training programs to understand loss prevention policies and procedures
• Respond promptly to safety and security incidents and document occurrences
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to safety
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
• Assist in the enforcement of park and hotel policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in security or loss prevention, preferably in hospitality
• Valid security certification
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Basic knowledge of security systems and procedures
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
